Who We SUPPORT

We support early-stage women’s health founders who are navigating the toughest early bottlenecks — funding, strategy, and market credibility. Our work helps founders sharpen their narrative, strengthen their operational foundations, and access the relationships and resources they need to move forward. We operate globally, with a network concentrated across the UK, Europe, and the US.

  • We prioritise funding, strategy, and visibility because they represent the most acute structural barriers for early-stage women’s health founders. Founders repeatedly tell us that generic startup advice does not apply well to their business, especially for first-time, non-technical, or mission-driven teams.

Women’s health innovation is also shaped by historical gaps in capital allocation, limited access to sector-specific data, and the absence of mature support infrastructure. These conditions make it harder to build credibility, attract early resources, and communicate value to investors and partners.

By strengthening these three areas, we help founders operate with greater confidence in a sector where evidence, trust, and compliance are fundamental.
